The Moon inspired me to make this message of Love to remind me of my Inner Goddess, Love and Power. It is very strange that the moment I speak of transmuting Fear, a huge wind gushes through and chills me to the core. As if there is a huge resistance that is present trying to sabotage my efforts. So I had to speak louder and over the top to be heard by my own self. I wasn’t giving in and so this live podcast is one of the most interesting ones I’ve made as I’m fully conscious of what I was saying and the impact it has inside me and around me …. Cheers! Powerful experience to introduce Samadhi (Concentration) to Children.

If you’re a Mama of young kids who are restless (like mine) this is a wonderful experience

Yesterday while doing homework with my som who is restless n very empathic, so he takes on all the emotions of the family. I had an intention of introducing him to mindfulness but didn’t know how to approach the subject.

This happened! All very spontaneously!

Such a precious experience to guide 2 of my daughter’s friends in meditation and I realize how wonderful it is for them to have a tool to deal with their emotions and find inner harmony. ;) much love, Kay

We had a beautiful evening Enzo and me - Sound & Crystal Massage - listening to mantras - making wishes with candle flames. Lord Ganesha, Lady Tara , Lord Shiva is with us.
