No matter what goals you have…whether it’s writing a book, starting a business, losing weight or something else, there are going to be moments when it looks/feels like it’s not working & what you think/do in those moments is critical.
Today’s episode dives into the 3 questions to ask yourself when it looks it’s not working & why these questions are so important for getting you through the tough moments.
A few things to note:
-Even when it looks like things aren’t working in your physical reality (aka all the things you can sense, see, touch etc.) there’s so much going on behind the scenes energetically that you just can’t see.
-Before you ask yourself the following questions make sure you *feel* your feelings. We don’t bypass feelings or engage in toxic positivity around here so feel your feels.
The 3 Questions:
- What do I have? What do you have in your life related or unrelated to that thing that looks like it’s not working? What’s working out for you now? Make a list of 25 things.
- What do I know? What do you know about yourself, your history, your skills and abilities to get through hard times? What do you know about how things work out for you even in times when it seems like it isn’t?
- What can I do? What can you do to not only move the needle forward right now, but what can you do to feel better in the here & now?
