This week, Kris and Donna skip headlong into the fantastical German forests of Lars Von Trier’s “Antichrist” (2009), a horror drama film about a married couple recovering from the tragic death of their son who decide to take a sabbatical to a remote cabin in the woods to navigate their grief and pain. Also: Willem Defoe’s strange penis, Satanic feminism, and CHAOS REIGNS.

This week, Donna and Kris continue their found footage adventure with "The Poughkeepsie Tapes" (2007), a horror movie styled as a true crime documentary about police uncovering a trove of hundreds of home video tapes depicting the many atrocious crimes of a New York-based serial killer during the ‘80s and ‘90s. Also: the obscene use of Dutch angles, serial killer worship, the shitty dude at the dungeon, Artistes of Theatre, and Ted Bundy’s disregard for the boundaries of time and space.

This week, Kris and Donna dive into "Un Chien Andalou" (1929), the infamous 16-minute surrealist short film made by Luis Bunuel and Salvador Dali. Also, Kris becomes a magical shit angel, George Orwell dunks hard on Salvador Dali, Freud said fingers are penises, and it turns out that people in 1920s Europe were still queer as hell.

This week, Kris and Donna take the first of what will surely be many forays into the wide world of found footage films with Be My Cat: A Film for Anne (2015)! Additionally, they opine about becoming unstuck in time, the curious un-reality of found footage, yell at their screens in distress, and pray for Anne Hathaway not to smite them for their trespasses.

This week, Kris and Donna talk about David Lynch’s Blue Velvet (1986), a hyper-surreal romp through the moral compromise of innocent middle America and the launch of David Lynch’s career of peering into the strangeness of human consciousness. They wonder about David Lynch’s sexual hang-ups, stanning Isabella Rosselini, and Kris wants to be Ben? Also, PABST! BLUE! RIBBON!
