Too many of us are trapped in a world, depressed, anxious and stressed. We are working harder than we ever have, and we are tired. We want change, but we don’t know where to start, and even if we did, most of us are too exhausted to get started. It is in this state of being that we find the minds narrative, runs the show. We are at the mercy of the dialogue we have going on in our own head.
