And he gets real with his finally time in treatment and how he turned his life around!

She shares her story with trauma and how she was able to heal from it and better herself through it. She talks about her many worldly travels from backpacking in Spain to teaching in France to learning yoga in Bali. She is a true testament to the fact that once you get sober you can accomplish anything you set your mind to!!!
