Secretary to Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Parliamentary Secretary for International
Development.
During her term as a Member of Parliament, Celina was awarded:
• Champion of Mental Health Parliamentarian Award by the Canadian Alliance on Mental
Illness and Mental Health
• Ontario Black History Society, Daniel G. Hill Award for Community Services (2017)
• Black Parliamentarian of the Year
• Featured in the April 2018 edition of O (Oprah Winfrey) Magazine entitled, “What would

She practices as a physical therapist in Maryland in homes of patients or wherever they call home.

Part of Entrepreneurship is taking risks and trying new things - and Imma be real with you - they aren’t all going to work out. Personally, I have felt like a failure many times.

The important thing is how you handle your so-called ‘failure’ and what you are able to take away from it.

In today’s episode of the SHINE to Five Method with CJ, I am sharing with you about a big idea I had that flopped - how I pretended it didn’t even happen for years - and what I was able to take away from it and how it as a stepping stone to something bigger and better that makes more sense for me and my business.

Even though I felt like a bit of a failure at the time it was definitely NOT a failure.

Maybe you are struggling right now too - maybe your idea flopped or you aren’t getting the traction in your business you want. YOU are definitely NOT a failure. Look at what you can learn from the experience, try and see what it is trying to tell you and how you can shift to try something else.
