  • Cody has gotten about 150 products to review from 3 main suppliers that actively send him new products weekly
  • He sets goals to review a certain number of products per month (got over 200 videos in November)
  • Staying organized with spreadsheets helps keep track of all the products coming in
  • Some suppliers have started paying him around $10 per video review

    • Other discussion items:

    • Leveraging help/delegation is key rather than trying to do everything yourself
    • Jim Ed gave an example from his welding side business where he was struggling to keep up with demand solo, but made almost $3k in a day utilizing two helpers
    • Andrew discussed how he's delegated much of his Amazon FBA work so he can focus on growth opportunities
    • They suggest thinking creatively about who else could potentially help with reviews - roommates, family members, employees, etc.
