SIDERIS PODCAST

Psalm 73 | This Sunday we're excited to dive into another Psalm, specifically the 73rd one! And there is so much to be excited about too, as we've gathered in our new Ballard location I can't help but rejoice at how many new faces and stories God is bringing into our midst. Even if you have only been coming to Sideris a few weeks I would encourage you to engage a face you're unfamiliar with and get to know a story you haven't heard before over lunch. I know I sometimes feel overwhelmed with the amount of "new" going on, but if I continue to slowly "engage each one" (Sideris Principle #7) I'm sure to discover more and more what God is up to in our world and stand in awe of what he's done which is the supernatural recipe for... Hope.

And we all know that we need help praying. Work, politics, social media all war against our ability to pray, which is to say, commune with God. Hopefully this 2024 prayer lab will help you learn how to talk to God in more honest and healing ways.

John 21 | In the final interaction between the risen Jesus and his disciples that John records for us, we find that Jesus prioritizes helping Peter follow him so that he might care for the budding Jesus movement that is sure to ensue. What is lovely about this conversation is that we quickly discover that this interaction isn't just for those who would be church leaders. Still, it encapsulates gospel truths for anyone looking to follow Jesus. Who is the gospel for? What does it do? Where does it lead?
