    Final paving for the State Route 69 right of way and the eastbound lane of Prescott Country Club Blvd as part of the new Maverik store construction will take place on Wednesday, January 19 starting at 3:00 pm.     On Wednesday, Jan. 5, the City of Peoria started testing an autonomous shuttle, RoboRide Medical, as part of a four-month pilot program. The free, electric, driverless shuttle operates in the healthcare district near Plaza Del Rio Boulevard and will run Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. With the help of Arizona State University, the City of Peoria and Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG) will study the feasibility of autonomous vehicles, analyzing data on high-tech mobility and ridership patterns to better understand future transit opportunities and mobility solutions.     The Colorado River is in decline and Arizona communities like Maricopa, Pinal and Pima counties will take the largest cut of water supply. "The US Bureau of Reclamation has declared a Tier 1 shortage on the Colorado River," the City of Gilbert notes. "This is the first time ever that a shortage has been declared on the Colorado River.
