when we allow the opinions of others or if your not careful with the thoughts of ourselves we will often fall in to self-sabotaging thoughts. You have to trust yourself and your own ability to know you are it. girl you have everything within you to accomplish all that you dream. So sis either tighten the confidence straps or get rid of the armor that weights you down. Remember God gave you the Breastplate of righteousness, the belt of truth, the sword of the Spirit which is Gods word, the feet shod for peace,the helmet of salvation and the shield of faith. if it isn't any of these things that you’re wearing , drop it, because its just to heavy a price to pay!

Saying yes can be amazing but if your saying yes to the wrong things you will constantly be in the same place. so learn to say yes to the things that you fear the most and watch God work. Sis you can not afford to not give your yes.
