His daughter, Bibi Bhani, saw that the platform he was on was going to break and he would be jolted awake when that happens. She put her hand in the way. Her hand got cut really bad. When Guru ji saw her pain and devotion he granted her a blessing. She asked that the Guruship always stay in her family line.
