Chris Anderson is a United States Marine Corps Veteran who has served as a Police Officer in Anne Arundel County Maryland for 20 years. Chris ended his Marine Corps service as a Sergeant while stationed at the Pentagon and immediately joined the ranks of the Anne Arundel County Police Department. For 14 years of his career Chris was a member of the Special Operations Section / Quick Response team where he rose to the position of Assistant Team Leader. Chris has numerous certifications, some of the highlights include Firearms Instructor, Sniper, Rappel Master, Defensive Tactics Instructor and Tactical Emergency Medical Technician. Chris is also an accomplished Actor/Model who has worked on numerous films, television shows and commercials. Chris has been inspired and supported by his wife of 21 years, Lisa and his son Jackson. 

Stu Jones is a veteran law enforcement officer, Stu has served in patrol, criminal investigations, narcotics, as an instructor of firearms and police defensive tactics and as a team leader of a multi-jurisdictional SWAT team. He is trained and qualified as a law enforcement SWAT sniper, as well as in hostage rescue and high-risk entry tactics. Recently, Stu served for three years with a U.S. Marshal’s Regional Fugitive Task Force - hunting the worst of the worst. Stu currently holds the rank of Sergeant and is assigned to a County Drug Enforcement Task Force as one of the unit supervisors.

He is the author of multiple sci-fi/action/thriller novels, including the multi-award-winning It Takes Death To Reach A Star duology, and Condition Black - both written with co-author Gareth Worthington(Children of the Fifth Sun).

Known for his character-driven stories and blistering action sequences, Stu strives to create thought-provoking reading experiences that challenge the status quo. When he’s not chasing bad guys or writing epic stories, he can be found planning his next adventure to some remote or exotic place.

Odell DIckerson, Jr.  Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the New Psalmist Baptist Church, Baltimore. Odell oversees the operations and staff for the 8,000 member ministry.  Additionally, Dickerson is the CEO of OdellExec, Enterprises, LLC.  He is highly sought after as a leadership consultant and speaker because of his diverse professional and faith-based experiences.  
Odell is an experienced planner, delivering excellent results in every event, meeting and conference for which he is responsible.  He is favored as a speaker and consultant for his knowledge in the areas of organizational structure, church health and growth.  Serving as a World Vision Ambassador is one of his most rewarding responsibilities.  His overall skill set and work ethic has positioned him as a leader and influencer in Faith, family, fitness, fashion and finance, which are the core values of OdellExec. Mark Tappan is a marine, a police officer with over 20 years with Alpharetta police department, spending the later part of his service as K9 officer.  Mark and his canine Mattis have become social media personalities with over 2million followers.  We sat down with mark to discuss police, defensive tactics, and how social media fits in with all of that.

Tom Alibrando is the National LE Sales manager for IWI and he also runs the IWI Academy.
To spent 11 years in law-enforcement, spending time in patrol, SWAT, and as a firearms instructor for agency and a lead instructor for the police academy.   Tom received hisPolitical science degree with a concentration in Mid East Politics and a History minor.
Tom spent a decade working for Blackwater/ Academi in Iraq, Afghanistan, Africa, and Mexico, and he took part in various task forces with US State Department and DOD, including working in the anti-terrorism assistance program, and as the Lead Instructor in CQB tactics, Sniper, Personal Security Specialist, and all firearms disciplines from belt fed to pistol.  Most recently, Tom as been working at IWI (Israel Weapon Industries), where he is the National LE sales manager, runs the IWI academy, and assists with product development.

Mr. Edward T. Norris

Edward T. Norris is a radio host and a former law enforcement officer. He is the co-host of a talk show on “105.7 The Fan” in Baltimore, MD. Ed is a 20 year veteran of the NYPD, served as Police Commissioner for Baltimore PD, and was the Superintendent of the MD State Police. Norris spent six months in federal prison for a disputed felony.
