In this episode I break down the main components of a well rounded program design, and how to choose the right course of action for you, with your unique goals and mission.

  • Evolution: Why and How Should We Evolve?!?

In this episode I discuss the importance of evolution as a person.  Who you are today is different than who you were in past, and you'll be a different person in the future, but the key is to make the evolution intentional and not reactive.

I share a personal example of evolution and tie it up to SAVAGE skills: self-defense!  How making sure we assess, evaluate, and EVOLVE the skills we teach na practice is absolute paramount.  I discuss what guides my thought process when changing skills, and why you should do the same.

  • Sleep!

Often times, especially as SAVAGES, Alphas, "Go-Getters" we operate under the mindset that sleep is overrated and we should focus on being active.  produce.  Work.

Reality is that without proper sleep everything breaks down.  From our health to cognitive functions.  Our war suffers, our relationships suffer, and our body begins to fail us.

In this episode I discuss my personal journey trying to fix my own sleep, or lack thereof, issues in recent months.  I share lessons learned from my doctors and therapists, and recommend tips to help you fall asleep, and stay asleep.
