This recording recovered from the archives of rare live concerts recorded with makeshift means, testifies to the innovative chemistry of the group's sound.

The Medicine Men were a sensational example of the exciting Mediterranean mod rock revival of the 90s. Originally from Sassari (Sardinia), the Medicine Men (name inspired by a song by John Mayall, ed.) forged a sound where they merged in a chemistry of styles ranging from American psychedelia to late 60s British pop, from blues to progressive rock, triggering a tangle of vintage instruments that fearlessly lead back to the late 60s - early 70s. The M.M were Silvio Vinci (keyboardist, composer and arranger), Stefano Sotgiu (lead vocals, composer, lyricist, and rhythm guitar), Luigi Cattani (lead guitarist), Leonardo Carboni (bassist, composer), Marcello Meridda (drummer and composer). Roberta Usai (extraordinary vocalist) took part in the recording sessions. This version, remastered by Silvio Vinci, restores life and energy to one of the most vivid Sardinian musical realities of the time.

An extraordinary piece by one of the most brilliant rock bands in Sardinia, the Medicine Men, from Sassari. The band played from 1992 to 1995, making a record recently rediscovered from the archives and re-released after a modern remixing job from the original 1995 analogue masters. In My Dizzy Home is a rhythmic ballad, inspired by the English psychedelic mod of the late 60s, written by Silvio Vinci (organ, piano, mellotron, moog, and Horns arrangements), with lyrics by Stefano Sotgiu (lead vocals), and the precious rhythmic contribution of Marcello Meridda (drums) and Leonardo Carboni (bass), and finally, Luigi Cattani (on rhythm and lead guitar). This version is remastered with Logic Pro 11.
