This week, we’re joined by Simon Lappin, who shares incredible stories from carrying a crossbar across town just to train, to reaching Premier League glory with Norwich, and getting steamrolled by Celtic and Rangers while playing for St Mirren in Scotland.

After joining Norwich in 2007, Lappin quickly fell in love with Delia Smith’s Norwich, working under the likes of Peter Grant, Bryan Gunn, and Paul Lambert. He enjoyed plenty of ups and downs, including Paul Lambert taking Norwich from League 1 to the Premier League, getting ‘frozen’ out of the team, and, of course, many legendary nights out with Browny (and his mum).
