In todays Friday Fire I dive deep into what goes into making the right decision. The irony is, that we want to analyze all the information before we make a decision, though we will never have even information. So instead we need to transition into making the best decision we can with the information we currently have, because that's all we have. So making a decision is the right decision. Simple act and get into the game instead of getting stuck on the sidelines with analysis paralysis.
