Intuitive eating means you eat what feels good, you nourish your body consciously and with mindfulness.
Intuitive eating also spans outside of food, live intuitively, set high standards and create boundaries for yourself, protect your energy, you are sacred and you have the power to give your energy away to what you want.
Do you want to give it away to fuel the negative self limiting beliefs in your head or do you want to fill you mind up with positive affirmations every single day.
Do you want to skip the cookie just to end up thinking about it for the next 5 hours or do you want to indulge, feel pleasure and move on with your day.
I encourage you to step outside of the box of what we are “suppose to look like” and how we are “suppose to act.”
Learn what you’re intuition sounds like, learn what your intuition feels like. Take up space, eat what feels good, listen to your natural hunger and fullness cues, and indulge in the pleasure of life, because you are worthy of that.
