When you boil it down, being an entrepreneur really means being a paid problem solver. That's what we are, and that's what we're good at. And when it comes to times like this one, that's when our problem solving skills are really put to the test. And it's the most resilient ones that will ultimately survive and come out even stronger than before.
In this episode I wanted to share a set of specific strategies to help you do just that.
As always, here's to your BIG future!

I used to struggle with delegating...largely because I found it hard to give proper context and guidelines to whoever it was I was working with...which meant lots of back and forth, often taking more time than if I had just done it myself in the first place.
When I learned this little trick, the needless back and forth started going away almost instantly.
Enjoy!

Let's face it...the vast majority of us entrepreneurs suck at taking vacations.
For too many years, I can't count the number of times I've been away where I was glued to my phone and lap top checking in on things. And of course, that became my family's memory of me...Dad on his computer.
Fast forward to this past January, and I was able to 100% unplug without having to stress that things were in order back home. And in this episode I'm going to share with you my exact strategy for doing it.
Enjoy!
