This Spring has been busy on our little hobby farm! And at the same time, I have been studying Creation in Genesis for my Bible study. for me to lament and get caught up in the worries that I may not have taught him enough or prepared him enough. But we sat down together recently and I explained to him that I learned more in my second half of life than in my first, and certainly more than in my years of traditional schooling. I reminded him that I gave him the foundation and tools to learn but from here on out, his real education is just beginning. Literally, every single one of my homeschool clients has made the statement to me, "I feel like I'm not doing enough" or, "I'm failing my children." And even if you aren't a homeschool mom, I can imagine most of you have said these statements at some point about something in your life. Today, we are going to really dig into that statement and turn it on its head as we look at Who is enough: Jesus. We are NOT enough. We can not DO enough. A few months back we started the Simply Go! initiative here at Simply Living for Him to encourage and equip everyday women in their everyday lives to be on mission for Jesus.
