Why doesn’t the church talk about sex in a positive light? Yes it’s important to wait until marriage but what about after marriage. So many young Christian couples feel lost when it comes to intimacy in their marriage. They were told for so long that sex is bad.

In this week’s episode Tiffany and I talk about how to communicate with our partner what we need I the bedroom. We talk about how to find mentors that lead you when you feel lost on what to do as a newlywed couple. Lastly we also talk about the different contraceptives or forms of birth control.

Where is the space for the single Christian conservatives? Why is everything only good towards married women and women that want to be married?

Not everyone is called to be married and have kids. God has a plan for every single person but what if marriage is not in the plan? We should be able to glorify God in our singleness and also in a marriage. No woman should be looked down upon because she’s not married yet or if she doesn’t want to be married and have kids.

Is not having sex the only boundary that we need to create while dating as a Christian?

There are times when you feel down and that nothing is going the way that you want it too. It is best not to give into negative feelings and emotions. Those feelings will go away because the storms of life won't last forever. 

The passing of Chadwick Boseman hit the world completely out of left field. We had no idea that he had been struggling with colon cancer since 2016. He had lost so much weight and was criticized and made fun of on the internet. You never know what someone is going through. It is always better to show compassion than to judge someone that you don’t know. It is better to show love to someone than to show hate. How do we cultivate a culture of love and compassion instead of judgement and hate?

What does it mean to be Black in America? We always say Black people are not a monolith. The Black experience is so diverse. Adrianna gives her story of what it is like being a Black American. I give the perspective of a Black immigrant. We both share the same skin color but our experiences are so different.
