Believe it or not but one of the most common drivers for high achievers and Entrepreneurs is a crippling feeling of insufficiency.
They use this feeling to exert an unholy amount of work to prove to themselves and to others that they are in fact worthy.
I clinged onto this feeling for quite a while myself as I believe it is a very powerful driver but in this podcast with Marta we explore the option to achieve the same results from a more loving place, a place of self love.
Instead of acting from a place of fear, guilt or shame this mindset shift allows for compassion towards yourself and understanding that the things you deem necessary and hard can also be seen as an act of self love because you know where you want to be and that your actions, no matter how hard they might be, only serve your ultimate good.
This could turn your negative self talk into a more positive one while still achieving the same results and arguably become more sustainable and healthy in the long term.
