The question is then: How do we deal with them?

It is only human to feel sad and helpless but sticking to that feeling won’t help you in any way.

Having a positive outlook on life will give you the ability to grow past your challenges, a negative one will only reinforce the helplessness.

It should be clear which mindset is more beneficial to you.

An absolute powerhouse of a woman and a true inspiration!

She was struck with Porphyria, a rare disease that left her completely paralyzed in a matter of days.

Medical professionals did not know what it was, they could not even diagnose her.

Weeks went by and Katri had to live with this new reality and the uncertainty but with an absolute unshakable mindset and positive outlook on life she fought her way back.

Now she is a fit combat instructor, inspiration for hundreds of thousands of people and raises awareness for this rare condition.

She is a true inspiration and an absolutely amazing human being.

Believe it or not but one of the most common drivers for high achievers and Entrepreneurs is a crippling feeling of insufficiency.

They use this feeling to exert an unholy amount of work to prove to themselves and to others that they are in fact worthy.

I clinged onto this feeling for quite a while myself as I believe it is a very powerful driver but in this podcast with Marta we explore the option to achieve the same results from a more loving place, a place of self love.
