Nationites! This week we are excited to dive into a pioneering classic of the cyberpunk genre, Neuromancer by William Gibson. Written in 1984, Neuromancer follows a washed up cowboy through a virtual dataspace called the "matrix".. Sound familiar? Oh, and the book also popularized the phrase 'cyberspace'.

We are very excited to be talking about this with returning guest, the Founder and Co-Creative Director of Inscape Studios, Matt Sinclair.

As always, we'll start with our discussion, test your Sprawl knowledge with some trivia, and give the book our Wow! rating.

We will talk about how she got into VR, her process, and will take a guided tour through some of her most inventive worlds.

Nationites! This week we have another one voted by you. We return to a VR game that is, you guessed it, James Bond inspired. In I Expect You To Die we must solve puzzles to stay alive in everything from an underwater escape pod to stopping a killer virus in a lab. Did we beat this game and escape certain doom? Nationites! In this episode we did our first ‘film’ voted on by you, Black Mirror's San Junipero. The episode is set in a beach resort town where the introverted Yorkie meets the more outgoing Kelly. The town is not exactly what it seems though, and has a few twists along the way. 

We break down what makes it good or bad, give it our Wow! rating, and open it up for a quiz and discussion with our live quarantine-friendly audience. If you're a fan of the show you definitely want to check this one!
