We know that every January the gyms are pack and people are trying to get healthy. Then it becomes a cycle of going hard for a couple of months then falling off. If your friends with Reese and Brandy you have been following their weight loss journey. They were the individuals that go hard for a couple months and fall off. They finally got serious over a year ago and made it a life style change but it wasn’t easy. They have pleasure of telling their story behind their weight loss and what made them get serious this time!

LDo you expect your child/children to go to college? Are you ok if your child don’t go to college? Have you talked about financial aide or school debt? Gabby is our 15 year old whose Sophomore year is coming to an end. In 2023 she will be a high school graduate; but with her credits she can actually graduate early if she wants. She is joining us to give her point of view of life as a high school student during Covid, taking college course, and thinking about life after high school. As her parents we are ok if she don’t go to college but in life you still need a plan!!

Psst..... Can you imagine being with someone for 20 years???? Well on the 11th of February that will be us 😊we will discuss how we are making it work for us!!! And we have a pot luck of topics to discuss; Should women be able to do what a man to do physically and financially? 2 people on social media but in each other presence; is that considered quality time? Is the lack of appreciation the silent killer in a relationship? Also we will discuss how we keep it lit in the bedroom 😃

As a sport parent would you be upset if your child/children told you that needed a break from sports; or the sport is no longer fun for them anymore? Would you force them to continue playing? We have our kiddos Gabby and Jr joining us to hear their point of view when it comes to sports. People have asked us why we “allow” Gabby to stop gymnastics? Now you can hear her speak on it. Jr talks about coming from the Y league to playing for a “real team” ( that’s what he call it🤣) and knowing what he needed to improve on.

Gamoane and Deeona been through so much with each other that at times you can forget how you can hurt one other while your hurting. The summer of 2004 they got pregnant and had an abortion. It’s something Deeona never talked about it and it was a process she went through alone. Deeona didn’t want to be judged or looked at different that’s why she never talked about it until now.

Did you meet your significant other in college? Our guests today have an HBCU love story❤️❤️ Our guests went to college in state in Illinois and Ohio after graduating high. After completing their first year, they transferred to Tennessee State University and that is where their story began. Joining us we have AJ and LaDina Reese who has been together for 13 years, married for 7, have 2 children together! They share their differences on how they were raised, what makes their marriage successful, and what it takes to be a husband and wife.

Being a local musician in Dayton is not easy. There are times individuals want to give up but it’s the creativity behind their music that’s keeps them going. We had the pleasure of talking to female artist Candy Barz (Jaretta Allen) and her husband Brandon Allen. She shares her story of being a female rapper in Dayton. She talks about being a single mother and dating before getting married. And they share their story of their relationship.

What we dream and want when we are younger may not be our reality as was get older. Society and movies show us that boy meets girl, they get married, buy house, have kids, and live a happily ever after life! But life doesn’t always work out that way which is perfectly fine. Its OK not having kids or married in life; that doesn’t mean a person is happy in life because they don’t have these things!! We had the pleasure of talking one of Deeona’s former coworker A.I. who is a 44 single woman with no kids(due to medical reasons) ; BUT she very happy in life. We have to stop letting society tell us what happiness should look like and be happy within ourselves!
