personally, anxiety this past year seemed crippling at moments. unknowns, confusion, regret, fear, the list goes on and on... gratefulness was almost reintroduced to me this year. a simple practice, but a powerful one if implemented into everyday life. let me know your thoughts :)

happy new year fam! long time no see :)

wrote a goodbye note to 2024, and thought I'd have a vulnerable moment and share. so here goes nothinggg.

first series ever & we're starting out strooong.

my favorite guest ever, my mom. she's wise and has so much insight on what it looks like to invest well in every area as a mother. we talk about alllll the things. the good, the bad, and the ugly. even the not so great moments of our relationship dynamic.

wore the gown. threw the hat. walked the stage. got the diploma. shook the hand. now what?

this phrase was said to me during a conversation with a coworker one day and it shocked me. honestly, I really didn’t have much to say back besides, “that is truly a lot of people’s reality & experience.” in today’s episode, i break down the conversation & give you my raw + real thoughts after a lot of reflection. 

one of my dearest friends, hosannah, helps me tackle questions like how do you go about making friends from scratch, what to look for, what not to look for, what to do when you feel lonely, etc, etc. all things FRIENDSHIPS.
