Then, David Barclay (ARC Life Coach) and Isabella Suleiman (ARC Policy Fellow) speak about the importance of programs funded by Prop 47 savings, such as Project imPACT, which provides prevention, treatment, and reentry services to formerly incarcerated people in California.
