Hello and welcome to Sinister the true crime podcast where we discuss the the nitty gritty details of the worlds most notorious crimes and general mysteries.
In today's episode we're discussing the disappearance of Bryce Laspisa.
Bryce was a talented student with a loving network of friends and family around him. When Bryce started using unprescribed ADHD medication and acting out of character, those close to him became concerned about his wellbeing. On the 29th of August 2013, before anyone could intervene, Bryce went on a 30 hour road trip. People assumed he was going to his parents home but that journey should have only been about 7 hours.
During the time his parents had police and roadside assistance help Bryce but suddenly his car went off the side of a cliff. The car was found overturned, but no Bryce. Bryce essentially disappeared without a trace.
There have been no confirmed sightings of Bryce since the 29th of August when he went on this roadtrip. So, what happened to Bryce Laspisa?
Did he plan his escape? Was is something more sinister? Join in the discussion of some of the theories to one of the cases I find most interesting.
