In this week's episode, it's knightly castles and Nightcrawlers! Felicia uncovers brick-by-brick the spooky happenings at the historic Glamis Castle in Scotland in part one of a two part story! The site is known as "Scotland's Most Beautiful Castle"...but is it also Scotland's most boo'tiful?! This first story revolves around the chilling tale of Thomas Lyon-Bowes who, as legend has it, was born deformed and locked away in the castle, cursed to live out his years as "The Monster of Glamis Castle."
Then from 1820s UK to 2020s US as Lauren investigates the freaky Fresno Nightcrawlers - a modern urban legend and Internet mythology creature that has been captured on neighborhood surveillance cameras in the California suburb amongst other regions. The videos caught of these Cryptids are more believable and disturbing than any others we've covered on the podcast...but are thy real or a real good hoax?
It's a True Crime week, murderinos! In this week's episode, we're on the case of not one but two infamous True Crime stories that have been famously featured in recent streaming series. Lauren starts us off with the case of Candy Montgomery - a woman who murdered her friend, Betty Gore, with an axe in Wylie, TX on Friday the 13th, 1980. You can see the dramatized version of this story in Hulu's "Candy" starring Jessica Biel as Candy AND yet another upcoming series based on the same story - HBO Max "Love and Death" starring Elizabeth Olsen as Candy.
Later in the episode, Felicia covers the unsolved murder of Sister Cathy Cesnik in Baltimore, Maryland. Her body was discovered on January 3, 1970 under mysterious circumstances. While the case has never been officially solved or suspects charged, the nun may have known too much about the sexual assault on students by two priests at Archbishop Keough High School where she worked. The True Crime tale was explored in Netflix's critically acclaimed "The Keepers" docuseries in 2017.
We're back boys & ghouls! In this new episode, it's a good old classic haunted house ghost story as Felicia investigates the Ammons haunting case aka the "200 Demons House." Infamous ghost hunter Zak Bagans even purchased the notorious Gary, Indiana house and filmed a documentary about the paranormal activity that occurred there.
Meanwhile, Lauren combines her fear of creepy dolls with a cursed painting as she covers Bill Stoneham's "The Hands Resist Him." This '70s-era painting, depicting a young boy and a female doll standing in front of a glass paneled door, became an instant urban legend and internet meme when it was posted for sale on eBay along with an explanation that it was haunted.

These may seem like very different topics, but they both have big surprises in the stories…and it's one of our most shocking episodes yet!

Garrett and US representative Frances Payne Bolton (Ohio's first female representative in Congress). Now, in 2022, she's facing trial for fraud in federal court!

In this week's episode, Felicia discusses the Montauk Project which is a famous conspiracy theory about a series of government experiments that took place at Camp Hero or Montauk Air Force Station. These experiments were done without the willing participation of the subjects and explored everything from time travel, teleportation, mind control, contact with extraterrestrial life, and more. These rumored events even somewhat inspired Stranger Things.
Later in the episode, Lauren covers what are known as "DMT elves" or "the machine elves". These benevolent beings show up to people who have taken enough DMT to have a "breakthrough" experience. Do they exist in an alternate reality or are they created by our subconscious minds? Listen to find out more!
