This was one of our favorites. It's episode 29 with Renee Reina, host of The Mom Room pod and curator of the must-follow Instagram: @themomroom . This convo should have been recorded over a beer at a dive. We cover all things reality TV, her interview with Matthew McConaughey, and her first NFL experience at a Bills / Chiefs game. Bonus: Renee and Stefany share more on their ADHD and how they manage their meds + productivity.

Are you clued into the unspoken rule of reserving the parking spots closest to the cart return for parents or expectant mothers? I was not (this is Steph). Have you listened to the new Florence and The Machine album? Do it. This, and more on episode 28. Cheers.

Episode 26 is short and sweet. If anything, listen so that you can hear about the time Steph left Stefany for dead on the side of the road during the Brooklyn 13.1.

Episode 25: It's been a minute thanks to life, work and shifting schedules so we had a lot to discuss. Hot topics include: Team USA and 100 days out to the Winter Olympics, celebrity couples (Katy Perry & Justin Trudeau? Sophie Turner & Chris Martin?) and Lily Allen's West End Girl (dead). We got real with all of the corporate layoffs, the government shutdown and then got really excited knowing that AI is coming for all of us. Luckily we've future-proofed ourselves as we have a major Netfilx pod deal coming up and our IP is valuable. Cheers.
Episode 24: This week, we chatted with special guests Dimity Palmer-Smith and Emma Frisch as we explored the intersection of food, family, and parenting. Their popular pod, Dinner Last Night, is a reflection on food and how parents around the world feed their families, and how the universal act unites us.

While it was a big day for Swifties (hello, Life of a Showgirl), it was an even bigger day for Sip Happens as we welcomed our esteemed guest, Helen Zhang. We could have talked to the entrepreneur, Brooklyn mom, and long-time hospitality fixture, for 2+ hours. It was only fitting that she was the first guest where we actually sipped on something. Helen shared her inspiration behind Ziggy's Roman Cafe, a new spot opening in Dumbo this year, and dove into her meet-cute with husband and Ziggy's co-founder, Igor Hadzismajlovic of Employee's Only fame.

The news you need to know. Quick thoughts on Taylor's 12th studio album. P.S. This is my favorite thumbnail of all time.
Episode 21: This was a fun ramble fest. Consider us your companion while multitasking or when you need to zone out from the news. This week we get into what we've seen on social (i.e. The Ryder Cup really bringing out the best in America), NASA astronaut Kellie Gerardi's IVF journey (applause!), The Life of a Showgirl countdown and a trip down MTV memory lane (Cribs! Pimp My Ride) .
