This first episode of the Affirmation Series invites you to consider affirmations as a Spiritual Practice.  Speak your self-assertive truths with conviction repeatedly with the feeling tone of trust and patience.

The fifth and last step in Affirmative Prayer aka Spiritual Mind Treatment is Release.  This is your "let go and let God" moment.  When you release your prayer into the Law it's indicates that you know the Law works.  So are you ready to Release your heart's desire to the Law?

The fourth step in Affirmative Prayer aka Spiritual Mind Treatment is ThanksGiving.  James Allen said "no duty is more urgent than giving thanks".  Gratitude is a high form of thinking.  Pour your heart into gratitude for the demonstration of your answered prayers.  Give thanks before you receive the blessing.

The third step in Affirmative Prayer aka Spiritual Mind Treatment is Realization. This is the heart of the prayer.  It is your Statement of Truth.  Here you affirm, declare, invoke, invite, know the "I AM that I AM" right now in this present moment.  Yes Now; No How. 

The second step in Affirmative Prayer aka Spiritual Mind Treatment is Unification.   It's all about unifying in consciousness to who Mother, Father, God is.  Step 2 is about making a conscious connection with your Higher Power expressed as the "jubilant soul" that you truly are.   Unify with the All Presence, All Knowing, All Powerful before you move to Step 3.  Unify like you mean it!
