In the beginning, my intention was to encourage everyone to develop a Spiritual Practice.  I share a three part Spiritual Practice process that is easy to do every day.  The first step is inspirational reading and the second step in the Spiritual Practice is inspirational journaling. The third step in your Spiritual Practice is meditation. And that's the three step process - inspirational reading, inspirational journaling and meditation. Go forth and make it your own by continuing to DO IT and BE IT!
