Doreen Jane Vincent

Doreen Vincent, 15, was last seen at her father’s home in Wallingford, Connecticut, between 8 and 9 PM.

Her father, Mark, would later tell investigators that they had an argument that evening, and Doreen took some money and extra clothing and walked out the front door, never to return.

Doreen had recently moved with her father and stepmother to a new house just 10 days before she disappeared, and it was well known that Mark had a violent temper.

Dorren’s Stepmother was at church that night, leaving Doreen and Mark home alone.

His accounts of what happened the night Doreen went missing have been inconsistent, so inconsistent that even his wife, Sharon, didn’t believe his story about what happened that night.

Initially, investigators believed that Doreen ran away.

She clearly wasn’t happy there, and she had run away before, but as the days went on, it became clear to investigators and Doreen’s loved ones that someone close to her had something to do with her disappearance.

Investigators have a few solid suspects in her case, but no one has ever been charged in her disappearance, and her case remains unsolved.

In April of 2022, Debahni, 18, spent the night partying with friends. When she was not home the next morning, her parents called the police to report her missing. While investigators began a massive search for Debahni, her mother received a haunting picture of Debahni standing on a highway. This photo was taken by the cab driver who picked her up from the party.

This eerie photo would go viral and would become the face of a movement in Mexico for women all across the country fighting against the rising out-of-control cases of femicide. What happened in the hours of Debahni’s disappearance and the discovery of her remains has been shrouded in mystery and mistrust,

Not only was Debahni’s family questioning the investigation, but the community and the women of Mexico demanded answers not just for Debahni but for all the women of Mexico being murdered and vanished at alarming rates.

In August of 1974, Tess Hilt 22 was brutally murdered in her off-campus apartment. Investigators had some solid suspects but not enough evidence to get a conviction. There were some unique details about the crime scene that may help the public identify the suspect.

On November 21st 1971, Kathy left home to go down to the local store to buy a few snacks and never came back. Her faithful German Shepard returned hours later, with her scratching frantically at the door. The next day, Kathy’s nude remains were found badly beaten. She had been rapped and dumped in the woods off a dirt road just three miles from her house. Her sisters have spent their lives fighting to bring Kathy justice. They have changed how New Hampshire handles cold cases, but Kathy's case remains unsolved despite a confession from a man the family knew.

In 1953, Cecil Wells was a wealthy businessman who was married to the picture-perfect bombshell blonde and was a huge investor in many Alaska businesses; he had it all. That all changed in October of 1953, when he was murdered in his bed, and his wife was severely beaten and left for dead. Cecil’s wife, Diane, survived her injuries, and initially, investigators believed it was a robbery gone wrong, but just a few days later, police began looking deeper into Diane and her rumored affair with a Jazz drummer. The case made national headlines, and public opinion became torn between Diane being a victim or an accessory to her husband's murder. The headlines caused real damage to Diane and their son, and to this day, the case remains unsolved.

Crystal Arensdorf was last seen in the early morning hours of July 4th, 2001, at Knicker’s Saloon in Dubuque, Iowa. Earlier that evening, Crystal watched the annual fireworks display by the river before heading over to Knicker’s with several friends.

Crystal was last seen around 2 am inside Knicker’s. According to witnesses, Crystal and the bartender had plans to share a cab to continue the night in East Dubuque, Illinois, across the river, but no one ever saw her leave the bar.

Crystal's family knew something was wrong when they hadn't heard from her the next day, which was completely out of character for her.

Crystal’s keys and purse were later found at Knicker’s, and all the patrons and staff were interviewed, and polygraphs were given to some suspects, but her case is still unsolved 25 years later.

In Donegal, Ireland, on a remote farm in 1977, little Mary, a twin just 6 years old, would vanish while walking back to her grandmother’s home. Despite a frantic search by family, locals, and the Ballyshannon Garda station, no trace of Mary has ever been discovered. Mary’s sister Ann and her cousin Margo have campaigned tirelessly to try to find little Mary and bring her home to rest.

Natasha, a 32-year-old single mother, left her grandmother's house to attend a party and was never seen or heard from again. She was last seen leaving with a male acquaintance who told investigators that he last saw her at the quarry before she took off running into the woods. Her family believes there are those in the community who hold the answers to Natasha’s disappearance, but they are too scared to come forward. Investigators believe that with just a bit more of the puzzle, they could solve this case.

On October 14th, 1994, Krystyn’s mother would head to work, leaving then 17-year-old Krystyn at home. When she returned home from work that day, Krystyn and her belongings were gone, but her mother found a note from Krystyn stating she needed to go sort herself out and would be back in a year. Kristen has not been seen by her family since.

When Inga arrived by ferry in Northern Ireland, she was wondering where she would stay that night. The 18-year-old had been backpacking through the UK into Northern Ireland.
