You are the example of how to treat you and the energy you operate on determines what you receive on all levels. It’s time to really recognize and utilize your power Sis! In this month of celebrating Black History, we must remember that in the midst of living our lives we are creating our very OWN history. What is your story going to say about you? What is the legacy you’re leaving? Are you living a life full of purpose that will be remembered for generations to come? While we are all celebrating history, be sure to also celebrate YOURstory by living fully in every moment. You never know who will celebrate YOU in the future! ✨

Welcome to 2021!!! 🙌🏽 The time is here and now! We want to take a minute to reflect and refocus. It’s so important to recognize our current position in life and realize where there is room for improvement. Just like semesters in school, starting a new year is an opportunity to reset and reposition wherever it may be needed. Take a moment to participate in our “real-life report card” activity to evaluate the most important areas of your life. This is a great way to put into perspective exactly where you are flourishing and where you may be “failing” in your life. Give yourself an actual score and figure out where you could use an upgrade! We only get one life, Sis. We are meant to be living it to the FULLEST, and not just getting by. Let’s take it up a notch! You got this!!! 💪🏽

They say “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” but sometimes it needs to be broken in order to be built properly, Sis! We are in the season of transition and what better time than the closing of the year to really reflect and reform our lives all together. You never know what you need until you receive it, so what do you think you might need? And what can you leave in this year that won’t benefit you in the next one? As we close on 2020, we really want to be intentional about not only how we are feeling but how we are healing as we move into this new year! You got this girl, let’s fix some things!!!
