In this week’s episode, Abby and Aida dive into the intricacies of peer pressure as it relates to both university and high school. It is fair to say peer pressure is a real b*tch and so especially in this lovely social media age. One trip on your Instagram timeline or Facebook feed is enough to make you feel completely inadequate. Despite this, our host aim to bring light of the situation by discussing their own experiences (because, let’s be honest, we have all been there), the tools they have created to go through it altogether while providing sort-of helpful advice to help you as well.

Your girls Abby and Aida remind you of the importance of staying true to yourself and unapologetically living your life on your own terms regardless of external influences. Meet Abby, a Toronto born suburban girl raised by Guyanese & St. Vincent parents, and Aida, a French speaking Montreal girl raised by a traditional West African family from Guinea.
