No, this is not doomsday and we won't have to test out our survival skills any time soon. Just take a deep breath...and think things through. We're all going to get on the other side of this and get back to life as we know it!

Even though fear may still be present there are ways we all can push past the things in our lives that keep us captive to fear. Looking for ways to keep a solid center; remaining grounded and focused in this crazy world of ours...then you'll be sure to find how beneficial messaging is to your well being. I'm not talking about positivity or anything motivational. I'm referring to ways we can re-wire how we think. And if we can rewire how we think then we can process and apply our thoughts in a much more meaningful way.

I will cover five areas to focus on during this episode. I veered off track just a bit because I was so excited to share my latest addition to my growing library.  I recently started reading The Secret. I purchased my copy at Barnes & Nobles because I'm impatient...Sure I could have downloaded it on Audible or Kindle. But I'm old school...I love the feel of a book in my hands. There's nothing like the smell and feel of turning the pages..and making those cute dog ears to mark the spot where you left off. But enough about me.
