Today’s guest has had a HUGE impact on me personally and I’m super pumped to be in conversation with her today.
Gabriella Rosie is an creatrix, artist, creativity mentor, and self-proclaimed bad bitch (and I’ll second that!). She’s obsessed with creating the work and life of her dreams and knows that we each have the ability to make absolutely anything our reality.
Her art, messaging, products and content have taught me how to back myself, reminded me of the importance of committing to a creative life, helped me let go of the fear of showing up as who I am and who I want to be, and most importantly, inspired me to lighten the f**k up and have FUN with this life I’m creating.
We talk about art, creativity, finding your place in the digital landscape, learning to let go, imposter syndrome, expansion, running a business, commitment, developing your skill set, capitalism, the patriarchy and more. This episode is full of inspiration and jam packed with actionable tips for anyone seeking to live a more juicy, creative life.

Let me say this: it would have been easier to tell you what today’s guest and I DIDN’T talk about because this is one hell of a juicy conversation. Listening back to this episode, it was like a time warp because even though it’s just over an hour we DOVE DEEP on: saying no so we can yes, creating spaciousness, cosmic shifts, feminine archetypes, the power of storytelling, taking your power back, writing, creativity, family, what it means to remember our true selves and MORE. We were all the way in and months later, I am still pulling wisdom and guidance from this conversation. I hope you do the same.

Today’s episode is with Kate Gordon, a woman I have long admired because of her straight, no- nonsense approach to self-love, discipline, backing yourself, nutrition, training and life.
She is a CrossFit Coach, CrossFit games athlete, seminar staff, owner of CFK Nutrition and CFK Programming and the host of Gone Rogue, a podcast about non-monogamy.
On this episode we talk about finding the balance between self-compassion and discipline, overcoming fear and doubt, dealing with disappointment, body image, intuitive eating, finding your True North and cultivating a resilient mindset. We also talk about sex, pleasure, non-monogamy and what it has taught Kate about herself and her relationships.
Whether you’re an athlete or not, this conversation is full of inspiration, truth bombs and tips that you can take away and apply to finding your stoke and living a life in alignment with your highest purpose.

I’m so freaking excited to be kicking off the Sisters in Stoke podcast by talking to one of my besties- Leanne Dinham! This woman started as a Steel Mace Flow mentor to me and has since become a deeply valued part of my life because of her ability to embody the both/and of compassion and a commitment to the truth (no matter how hard it may be).
She is a movement coach, Buffy lover and cat mum living in Melbourne, Australia and the only thing she loves more than moving with her mace is getting to coach people and be a part of their Mace journey.
When she first picked up her mace she felt the warrior within stir and the storyteller inside get really excited about a new medium to play with. Having grown up doing martial arts and playing in bands, flow triggering activities were not new to her though she did not know what it was or why it felt so good back then. Nearly a decade into her journey as a coach, now she does. Turns out younger Lea playing with pretend swords was on the right path!
She coaches rad humans all over the world using tools like Steel Mace, Indian Clubs and flow ropes, with a focus on exploring movement and developing the skills to step into flow and have fun which includes showing up for ourselves (and each other) and having a good time while trying hard stuff and learning new things.
In this episode we chat moving through and with our emotions (especially grief), exploring archetypes, backing ourselves, cultivating flow states and why it’s so good for us and the importance of buying into joy!
You can find Leanne at @lea_shiny or check out all her offerings here!
