Cynthia is a Pregnancy, Birth & Postpartum Guardian, who lived with Andean grandmother midwives. In 2008 she founded Hampi Warmi project, a Peruvian-based Initiative for Andean women & girls in local communities to reclaim ancestral wisdom, medicine & midwifery.

Asha Frost holds membership at Chippewas of Nawash First Nation & is a mother to two boys. She is an Indigenous (Ojibwe) healer & best-selling author of You Are the Medicine and The Sacred Medicine oracle which draw on her ancestral knowledge and innate gifts. She also shares her medicine through ceremonies, workshops and speaking events.
