Happy Monday to all who celebrate! Today we’ve got an extra long ep for you all! This week the sisters truly just yap. I mean it’s really as simple as that. We chatted about our weeks, Therapuss/Jake Shane, the weather, boob sweat, middle parts, getting wedding ready, creating healthy habits, Rob Rausch, Sarah J Mass, Dairy Boy Sport, etc etc. Like maybe it’d be easier to type out what we didn’t talk about?! One unsurprising thing is Gab falling for the AI pics of Zendaya and Tom Holland’s “wedding”. Anyone know of a school we can send her to where she can learn how to identify AI and stop falling for all these fake pics and videos?! LMK! Hoping you all have a great week and surround yourself with people who are your biggest supporters and also biggest haters. That’s just sisterhood, baby!

Ahhhh sister Gabby is engaged!!! Smarty pants proposed!!!! We chat at great length and in extreme detail about alllll of it. Really all you need to take away from this story is that G is straight up Margot Robbie. Let’s get her an agent and start filming the self tapes now! But in all seriousness, it took a village and a lot of love from the people in Gabby’s life to pull off such a beautiful proposal. Now let’s just hope the sparkly ring doesn’t distract us too much when recording future episodes! Although it was hard to move on from the proposal topic, we did chat about some important pop culture items. We yapped about Paul Mescal and Gracie Abrams’ red carpet debut, Kim Kardashian’s new caffeine-free energy drink named Update, pickled jalapeños, Wuthering Heights, Sofia Franklyn’s upcoming memoir "Daddy Issues" (TEA!), and boy kibble. Yep sounds about just as random as usual! This is our 50th episode and we are so grateful to do this every week, and are so grateful that you all listen!! Should we change our podcast name to Sisters Who Sourdough?! Gab literallyyyy said that once she starts her sourdough journey, it’s over for you bitches. And she wasn’t wrong!! For those who do not give one rat’s ass about sourdough, we formally apologize for the first 15 minutes of the pod. We also chat all things Tell Me Lies season 3 finale (spoilers ahead, btw!!). In summary, we didn’t hate it! But we will not be missing this show. Lucy Albright and Stephen DeMarco are two people we neverrrrr want to see on our television screens ever again. But gab is giving Lucy levels of delusion when she genuinely thought we came up with the term “shiver me timbers”. I mean, it’s only 18th century nautical slang but sure, the sisters who sweat definitely made it a thing! We yap about if re-proposals are going to be the new thing, Gab’s frighteningly bruised toenails (yes, plural), and our KING punch, the monkey. Wishing you all a gorgeous week ahead and #freepunch

It’s another Monday, Bradley!! The sisters are in the stu and ready to chat Galentine’s, Valentine’s and all the plans they do (and don’t) have this season of love. Real talk though, how many boyfriends actually ask their girlfriends to be their valentine?! We also reflect on our favorite Super Bowl commercials and Bad Bunny’s halftime performance. Our only feedback is there should have been more hip gyration. We revisit one of our favorite topics we love to hate: Tom Brady and Alix Earle. And did Gisele cheat on Tom or did her relationship with the jiu jitsu instructor start post-divorce? We put on our detective caps and get to the bottom of it. We also discuss random (but still important) subjects such as the HOV lane, froyo, cream blush, and the olympian who admitted  on international television that he cheated on his girlfriend. Happy Monday! And we mean it, we hope you all have a happy one! The sisters are back from their Disneyland trip and we have to tell you all how the half marathon went, how much we ate, the celebs that were spotted, and the realization that our desire for attention most likely stemmed from our childhood days of wearing a pin at Disneyland and all the employees wishing us happy birthday. The sisters also get vulnerable and share about postcard-gate, and the constant fear we’re living in. At this point we just hope they never get delivered and we can all pretend it didn’t happen! We also chat about banana bread matcha, the new bubble bunny OPI color (it’s about time!), Jaci Marie Smith being the it girl influencer, and Molly Mae being pregnant with her and Tommy’s second child. This week’s pod starts off with Jeansgate and sets the tone for an episode chock full of debates and discourse between the sisters. We can’t always see eye to eye! Not agreeing is actually extremely sisterly, if we do say so ourselves. One thing we do agree on is how much Margot Robbie is slaying her Wuthering Heights press looks. She looks incredible and we’re living for it. How to pronounce Wuthering on the other hand… we each see it differently. We dive into the confusion that is Masked Singer and try to get to the bottom of the point of that show. We also discuss the sister’s Girl Scouts era and try to agree upon which of us was the true top seller of Girl Scout cookies. Shout out to our dad for having G’s side (aka being on the side of truth)! Yes, this podcast description is written by G every week, so it will be biased. We hope you all enjoy the ep!

Ciao! The sisters are back from their Italy trip and have much to recap! Primarily, we speak about Gabby’s consistent airplane nausea and G’s concern that she’s going to blow chunks at any moment during traveling. We also share about our obsession with Florence, how we ate so much pasta that we thought we might burst, and the pure panic and embarrassment that comes along with traveling with a Beis carry on. While we were abroad for a week, SO much happened in pop culture. Brooklyn Beckham spoke out about his and Nicola’s relationship with his family, Amanda and Kyle from Summer House have split, Cole the GlamBOT guy got cancelled for being a diva to a bride looking to hire his services, Alix and the Earle family are getting an unscripted show on Netflix, a new season of Mormon Wives will be coming out on March 12th, and SO much more. Genuinely we cannot keep up with all the happenings! All we know is that we are happy to be home and happy to be yapping for yet another week! Love you all!

Welcome to our first episode of Sisters Who Sweat After Dark! We recorded this episode at night just hours before our international flight to Italy and you can definitely tell! It’s past Gabby’s bedtime but we’re still nonstop yapping about all things Golden Globes, People We Meet On Vacation on Netflix, Tell Me Lies season 3, and personal anecdotes about our interactions with baristas. Derek Hough is doing twirls and turns down the red carpet (you can’t hate, he’s authentic) and Stephen DeMarco is the worst person you’ve ever met in your whole life, so it sounds like things are in order! Happy Monday, or whatever day it is, because time is fake in January! The weather is weird and G can’t go to bed at a normal time for the life of her. Starbucks feels our wrath because we’re disappointed that there wasn’t a Kettle Korn Khloud Foam involved in the Khloud x Starbucks partnership. Also, the sisters are watching TV like their life depends on it. Gab is locked in on The Gilded Age and G is loving to hate Emily In Paris, or should we call it Emily In Rome. We also debate whether it’s sus that Timothée Chalamet didn’t mention Kylie by name in his speech, and dive into the deep lore of Michelle Randolph, Gregg Sulkin, Lauren Elizabeth and Cameron Fuller. G claims to be an expert but only half knows what she’s talking about (what’s new). We’d ask y’all to give this ep a comment, like and five star review but we’re not gonna beg this week. No promises on next week, though!

Happy 2026! We are so honored to be ushering you into the first Monday of this year!! So far the new year is bringing lots of new drama! Between Heated Rivalry, Alix Earle spotted with Tom Brady, and Dakota Johnson romantically linked to Role Model, we are seeing unlikely pairings left and right. We are beyond obsessed with our new comfort show about closeted gay hockey players and need season 2 to be released asap. We also deep dive into the rekindling of Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes, and think we’re onto something about why they ever broke up in the first place. We share some personal anecdotes about grocery shopping with a significant other, being saluted on a run, and Gab turning into a trad wife who can be spotted with sourdough starter and a sewing machine. We end the episode by petitioning against this new trend to thin our eyebrows. We are absolutely not here for it and hope you all agree! Let’s start a bushy eyebrow revolution, people! Love you all and cannot wait to see what this year has in store!!
