The sisters are being real sisterly today, for better and for worse. Let’s ring in the New Year by fighting but also crying about how much we love each other. This is true sisterhood! We chat about our New Year’s Resolutions and how we have a really good feeling about 2026. We also share about our Christmas and what presents we got each other this year. You’ll absolutely never guess what Gab got for G… It rhymes with frocks and happens to be something we have talked so much shit about for months. Baby, it’s cold outside! Not! The sisters are back to regularly scheduled programing and have A LOT of catching up to do. Gab tells us all about her two week long New Zealand trip and shares fun facts that absolutely nobody asked for. We discuss the holiday season, how Christmas is just days away, and ask why exchanging gifts with a new boyfriend is so stressful?! It should be studied. Gabby “surveyed” our listeners and heard that everyone wants to know more about the sisters and who better to spill tea than our father dearest?! Gab has officially been in New Zealand for a week and it is quite clear that this episode was pre-recorded. The sisters were on one! We yap about gab’s upcoming trip, sing the praises of Jeffrey Bezos and Amazon, G gets quizzed on her holiday trivia, and we debate an important life question: would you put Christmas decor on your vehicle? Gab got honked at by a car with reindeer antlers and let’s just say it was not well received. Lastly, we shout out Discount Tire for their fabulous customer service and all the wonderful work they’re doing at that establishment. But it turns out you should be tipping your local discount tire representative?! Who knew! You can’t say this pod isn’t educational!

This episode was recorded on the heels of a jam packed holiday weekend and the sisters are still recovering from Blackout Wednesday (definitely appropriately named, btw). Nonetheless, we were working our butts off in the kitchen to deliver a top notch Thanksgiving. Special shoutout to Handyman for being our sous chef and doing Gab’s dirty work! We also went and saw Wicked: For Good in theaters and let’s just say that because I knew you, I have been changed. But honestly the plot line was notttt clocking to us, and we must have seen the original Wicked on Fraudway. We must confessa that Nessa is the WOAT and Boq is somehow even worse. Congrats to all on a short week and Gab’s fave week of the year!! Thanksgiving is this Thursday, people! The holidays are in full swing! Oh, oh, oh it’s magic! It’s Sisters Who Sweat! We are back for another episode and have a lot to say about Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, DWTS, and how our asses have been back in the movie theaters this past week. We also get vulnerable and share our lack of trivia night knowledge and G’s desire to get better at cooking. If trivia night had questions about Wicked, Sabrina Carpenter, the Kardashians, the relationship status of Kelsea Ballerini and Chase Stokes, or any other random and completely uneducational pop culture topics, you know we would’ve ate. But unfortunately they were asking questions about World War One, U.S. Presidents and the Periodic Table. Lastly, we used our platform today to bring light to Sierra Mist erasure. We can’t believe Starry has committed murder and identity theft, and nobody is talking about it. But you can bet we are!

Welcome to this week’s dumpster fire of an episode! We start off with a moment of silence for Gab’s rolled ankle. She did sustain an injury while running, and is brave enough to still show up to podcast and grace us with her presence. We learn a lot about the sisters today. For example, Gabby was the candy police this Halloween and does have the right to refuse service to any K-Pop Demon Hunters. We also discuss how G almost got scammed by a Snapchat ad for $20 Uggs and only chose to not make a purchase because filing a claim with her credit card company sounded like too much admin. We chat all things Kardashians, Diet Coke with Lime, Sydney Sweeney’s bob, protein cold foam at Starbucks, Robert Irwin’s new girlfriend, and so much more. The sisters who sweat are back at it again with a new episode! It’s fall ya’ll and the sisters are talking Halloween costumes, the lack of non-spooky Halloween movies, and their new nails (picture berry burgundy and black French tips). We also discuss how G’s long time nail tech up and quit the salon that the sisters have gone to for years. This was G’s longest relationship, and she didn’t even get to say goodbye! We also chat about the chokehold that DWTS and the Irwin family have on us, along with Gab’s ex-obsession with Charlie Puth, the internet trend of rawdogging boredom, and Sabrina Carpenter on Saturday Night Live.
