Dr. Maureen Smith is an organic chemistry instructor with over 10 years of teaching experience. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with emphasis on Forensics from the State University of New York at Albany, and a PhD in Organic Chemistry from the University of Southern Mississippi. Dr. Smith is a member of American Chemical Society and the Two-Year College Chemistry Consortium (2YC3). One of her major accomplishments was, her nomination for Excellence in Teaching Award in 2017.
