It could obvs be from a number of things but if you experienced trauma, this type of forgetfulness could be a result of dissociative amnesia. Sometimes I feel like I’m repeating myself but as I learn more about who I am, it helps expand my perspective of how I interact with the world entirely. The point I wanna emphasize is that even though I’m avoidant, I do cherish close and meaningful relationships with people.

My peace and new thought process is that I will never give out the love and care that I expect to ever receive back. This has helped me make peace with situations I cannot control but still remain lovingly me.

Today’s episode will focus on how we can better protect ourselves from perpetrators who are only interested in getting what they want. Some may disguise themselves as “good people” but pay attention to their actions because they will not match their words. We have to be less willing to bend our personal boundaries for others who have not proven worthy. Especially as I navigate the entertainment industry and broaden my network, I’m learning deeper lessons much quicker. Regardless, I will remain as loving and kind as I always have been and I refuse to change that for anyone. Standing on your boundaries is self respect and that means more than any amount of clout.
