“Robdatrainer” or as many may know him as “Mister 0”. Rob emphasizes consistency and has a strong dedication when he enters his physical element. Rob realized his passion for fitness young, his father was a body builder, and growing up Rob participated in sports such as basketball, football, and surprisingly indulged in soccer. Creating his foundation he established a consistency with the gym, 1 day became 2 days, and 3 days became a full week. Now Rob serves as a top trainer in the south being a stickler for results, he emphasizes going to the gym consistently should have a goal or lifestyle of some sort. All though Rob is very passionate about his clients and consistency, his personality is what makes the experience like no other. If your doing a set incorrectly or maybe your stance is off on your 8th squat, he won’t mind making you start back at “ZERO”
