How do you create a culture? Culture is modeled. It can be modeled and it needs to be, from the top leader.

When we observe these cultures, the goal is not to evaluate which one is better. It is your task to know the logic of your organization then evaluates whether or not you fit in it.

What is culture? Why does it matter?

The ultimate responsibilityfor establishing a compelling vision remains with the leader and cannot be delegated.

Great leaders almost become like third-grade teachers. They communicate their vision, values, and goals over and over and over until people get them right, right, right!

When leaders fail to take the time and effort to ensure that what they have in mind is understood and accepted, they leave themselves open to frustration, an unfulfilled mission, and bewildered and discouraged followers.

One of the greatest services that leaders can provide followers is the constancy of purpose.

"Who am I" is an important question that every leader has to answer. But, there is another question that I think is more important than that. The question is "Whose am I?" From this question, we know the authority and audience of a leader.

Leadership is primarily a heart issue. Every leader has to deal with his motive first before he begins to lead. 

Who is the person who has had the most significant impact on your life?

That person will have a great influence on you especially when it comes to leadership.

You relate to that person in one of the following situations: life and organization.

However, a key difference is the permanence of the relationships involved.

The longer you're connected to that person, the more significant that person's influence is in your life.

Do you believe that you are a leader?

In reality, each of us is a leader in some part of our lives because when we influence others, we are taking on the role of a leader.
