Being two heavily tattooed people, we decided it was time for us to talk about and dissect the tattoo industry. Keep in mind that this is still very surface level, but we touch on the history and founding fathers of tattooing and compare it to modern day tattoo culture. What do you think? Its Josh's time to shine, baby. As you all know, we have brought on a new cohost since Jake's departure.. and now we're stuck with Josh. Sigh. To put him to the test, we came out swingin' with a good ol' fashioned conspiracy theory episode. In today's episode we address the sinking of the Titanic... that might actually be its sister ship the Olympic. We talk about cryptocurrency and how sketchy banks are, Josh breaks Chellsea's smooth brain even further by telling her we own nothing, anddddd we talk about the earth being flat. Keep in mind that theories are collections of ideas that are not factual. Do we believe in these theories? Probably not, but the supporting ideas go hard. February 20, 2023 Episode 9: Vertebral artery dissection - Rachel's story
Today we had the opportunity to sit down with Rachel and learn more about her injury. The injury in question; Vertebral Artery Dissection (a whiplash injury). Rachel has been using her voice to bring awareness to this injury and let others know that they are not alone. Living with an invisible illness or injury at such a young age truly takes a toll on people, but the point of this episode is to help advocate for those who are afraid or discouraged to stand their ground. You are in tune with your body, do not give up searching for answers because one person invalidates you. Use that disappointment to persevere.
