Welcome to a new chapter of Stories Keeping Insight Through Survival, also known as SKITS.
In this welcome episode, I share why I’m restarting the podcast, what SKITS will explore, and what you can expect from future episodes.
This podcast is a space for honest conversations about mental health, healing, survival, and breaking cycles. It isn’t about having perfect answers or a perfectly finished healing journey. It’s about sharing real experiences, reflecting on what we’ve learned, and helping people feel less alone.
In this episode:
• Why I’m starting SKITS again• The meaning behind Stories Keeping Insight Through Survival• What future episodes may cover• Why stories don’t need a perfect ending to matter• How you can share your story on the podcast
Share your story
I’d love for SKITS to include more than my own experiences.
You can join me as a podcast guest using your name, or you can choose to remain anonymous. We can discuss your boundaries, topics you don’t want included, and what would help you feel comfortable before anything is recorded.
Email [email protected] and include:
• A brief overview of the story or topic you’d like to discuss• Whether you’d like to use your name or remain anonymous• Any boundaries or concerns you’d like me to know about
Reaching out doesn’t commit you to recording an episode. We can have a conversation first and decide whether it feels right.
