Tonight in part2 of Colin's episode we discuss a wide range of things, everything from diet and nutrition to cheat meals and what to do to help with cravings. We chat about Colin's go-to after a long run and what he likes and it may surprise you. We chat about supplements and how Colin uses them to help him keep in shape. Colin tells us that he does take Gatorade from about every second water stop and water from every stop when it's hot to help cool the body down. Plus colin shares some of his memories of running stories and what he has seen. We also talk about eating and drinking slowly and how it seems to help with longer runs. We ask Colin who he would invite to run with him if he could choose anyone and why. It was an impromptu chat between the three of us but there is some really good conversation and we hope you enjoy the talk as much as we did.
