I finished 20 minutes of jumping rope and seven 3-minute rounds of shadowboxing before recording today's podcast. This is  a fraction of the intensity I normally expend in my daily workouts, pre-lockdown status.  Today, I take a hard look at the scientific facts of how the psychological and physical damage of covid lockdowns around the world destroy our immune systems and worsen our health leaving us more vulnerable, rather than less vulnerable to infection in the upside down, dark world over which the global oligarchs lord.

In recent interviews, North Korean defector Yeonmi Park has stated that she is horrified by many of the lockdown policies she has witnessed in America, Australia and other EU nations because the lockdown policies mimic many of the policies implemented by the North Korean regime on their way to their brutal oppression of the people. It is not that the tyranny enforced over the last 18-months worldwide is anywhere near the level of tyranny enforced in North Korea. Of course it is not. However, the concern is that once the masses give a pound of flesh, actions perceived by the participants as "temporary", harmless "go along to get along" behaviors, during which the masses voluntarily surrender freedoms to the State, such measures always become permanent and pave the way for a rapid descent into much worse brutal restrictions on liberties. Former Czechoslovakian President and Communist dissident Vaclav Havel warned of the same in The Power of the Powerless. We should all heed their warnings.

A wave of homelessness in the millions is going to wash upon the shores of America from coast to coast now that eviction moratoriums ended during the last weekend in July. Landlords, as well as renters, are both victims of political apathy of the economic entropy created by their never ending lockdowns. As usual, however, politicians care nothing about the suffering and needy in America and have always only served the interests of their constituents with millions in wealth.
