The Burning Tails have one of the oldest fledgling teams in jousting, they believe the true art of jousting lies not in ferocity, but in flying beautifully. Unfortunately, this philosophy has so far left them at the bottom of the lists every year with very few championships to their name.

Torikoshi Honda (Drew Mierzejewski,) grandson of Tomoe Honda the founder of the Buring Tails School, is in his last year of the fledgling team. He's made it to the quarter-finals but the rest of his teammates had to drop out of the tournament, leaving him as captain of an empty team. He sees this as a chance to finally prove himself to his grandmother and earn respect for his school. Unfortunately, he has to do it with two brand new recruits loaned to the Burning Tails school by their sponsor The Swiftwell Courier Service: June Hymnal (Aly Grauer) and Braith Ashworth (Mel D'Amato.) Can they learn in time to bring the Burning Tails School its first victory in decades?
