After a few years of online convo I finally got Tonight Show Host Jimmy Fallon on to my radio show. He is such a kind, energetic and talented guy who is a fan of radio! Little did I know later that night he would shout out K104 and me on his Tonight Show monologue. A great interview. Take a listen.
This interview came up on my Facebook memories and it jogged my memory of having Fallout Boy perform at our radio station concert in 2013. Pete Wentz was one of the nicest guys on the phone and in person. Here is a bit of my interview from back then.

This was one of my more played back interviews at the radio station. Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine took 5 minutes to talk to me. I have seen Maroon 5 in concert and they are amazing. Adam was a great addition to The Voice. Take a listen to this quickie episode.
I promised you this podcast would be both professional and personal. File this in the personal category. Many people look to get their physical health on track. I was in the process of that when I experienced a cardiac situation. It was reason enough to give up for some but I followed thru. In my journey I met a person that has been a life changer. Personal trainer Anthony Esposito shares his story and his thoughts on how you can begin your own path to better health. No it doesn't require a huge financial investment at all. It requires motivation and support. This is a longer episode but I promise devote one hour and you will not regret it.
Flashback Friday episode from when I spoke to comedian and actor Kevin Hart. He was very generous with his time and I have always admired his work ethic. It was a great interview and he was very engaging. Enjoy!
