What’s…….going on? Welcome back to a new episode of Skywalking Through The League, an episode that scientists say will make all your dreams come true (your results may vary, we cannot confirm the validity of this.)

This week we start off with a little Galaxy's Edge and then dive into our main topics!

1. (RUMOR) Rebels Sequel Series Goes Live Action.

Every Star Wars fan has been waiting with bated breath for the follow-up to Star Wars Rebels since it ended almost 4 years ago. Many of us believed that that sequel would be another animated series and would be the story of finding Ezra Bridger, however, if our friends at Kessel Run Transmissions are to be believed, that might not be the case.

We discuss the possibility of the sequel series transitioning to the live-action Ahsoka series, and if we necessarily believe this rumor.

2. A New Era for Star Wars Video Games.

While there have certainly been some great games since the Disney acquisition, the frequency has left a lot to be desired. That appears to be changing, with Lucasfilm opening up the IP to different developers. We breakdown the announcement of an open-world Star Wars game coming from Ubisoft. Where it could take place, and what this means for the future of the series.

1. Rumors of a High Republic animated series.

The High Republic era of Star Wars storytelling is only a month away, and if trusted Star Wars scooper, Jordan Maison is to be believed, the High Republic might not be a comic and book endeavor. Jordan is reporting that he is hearing rumors of a possible High Republic animated series being made for Disney +. We give our thoughts and where we think The High Republic could go and why this could be the future of the series.

2. Diego Luna Confirms Cassian Show is in Production.

While we are all enjoying the latest season of a Star Wars show on Disney +, Diego Luna gave us a little bit of news on another Star Wars show on Disney +. Cassian Andor himself confirmed on Jimmy Kimmel that the Cassian show is in production. We talk if this means we get this show by the end of 2021, who will be in it, and if there will be any crossover from the other shows and movies.

3. Kenobi Series to Begin Production in January.

The most trusted source in Star Wars production news has spoken, and they are giving us the good stuff. According to (*checks notes) Film and Television Alliance the Obi-Wan Kenobi series will start production in January of 2021. Is this good news for a show that seemed to be in trouble just a few months ago?
