Kyle Sullivan is the CEO and Founder of "Unleash the Champ", a successful executive coaching platform including coaching, a podcast, and free self-development resources.

Kyle is from Louisiana and had a series of experiences, including a drug deal gone bad, that directed him to God. His choices allowed him to graduate from college and step into a role with Ministry, working with two of the largest churches in America during a 10 year period. Knowing he had more to give, he stepped away from ministry and into the world of self development starting, "Unleash the Champ".

Dan and Brady talk about Dan's early days as an entrepreneur. We talked about some of the things that have helped increase his success such as mentors, schedules, and processes. We also talked a little about some of the downsides that entrepreneurism has. Dan and his partner, Bridger Pennington recently started a crypto fund so we also dove into the world of crypto briefly and got Dan's perspective on what he believes the outlook of crypto will look like.

Coach Steve Galley and Brady talk about some of the lessons that he learned from his 28 years as a High School Football and Basketball coach. We discuss how important one's mindset is and how to develop your mindset to achieve success. Steve and his business partner have also created a course and platform to help student athletes and their parents achieve success through coaching so we also discussed how that relationship can work to benefit both student athlete parents.

Steve Galley spent 32 years of his career in the classroom teaching and as a High School Football, Track, and primarily Basketball Coach. Since his retirement from the classroom, he has transitioned into his "encore" career of coaching and personal development.
